After graduating from the Central University of Ghana, Daniel began his career as a Site Engineer. Seeking to expand beyond site execution, he joined the DCTS mentoring program, which helped him build strong structural design and consulting confidence. Today, he has successfully established his own freelance structural consulting practice, applying engineering principles independently and delivering value-driven solutions to his clients in Ghana & abroad.

While we do all our best to help Engineers with the right attitude and aptitude to find their way, we do not guarantee any placement. Most of the dedicated students have been doing well in their career and many are doing own businesses as well.
You need to follow the core structure of the program. This is based on a proven method which has brought results to many engineers similar to you. The method involves you doing modules which includes videos, blogs, Quiz, Assignments, Projects, Group works and activities that lets you master technical points, reinforce the learning and bring in the ability to demonstrate it in front of your clients and company.
No. The minimum qualification needed is a degree in Civil Engineering. We do ensure you are a right fit and you get results after the program. We recommend the program only after this discussion.
While it is good to have a Masters, as per the prevailing rules as per National Building Code of India, Engineering degree with experience is the yardstick to qualify as a structural engineer. Some companies might give preference to engineers with masters. But it is not a blanket rule. Many large consulting firms are headed by engineers with BE/B-Tech. There might be some cities in India ( very rare) that mandates stability certificate to be signed by an engineer with masters. In nutshell, what matters is a basic degree in civil engineering and your knowledge and experience. Even having masters with out good understanding is not a great situation to be in.
There are many practicing engineers with BE/B-tech in Civil and Masters in related civil fields who are doing really well in structures. What matters is the technical knowledge you have and the experience.
As long as you have a BE/B-Tech in Civil Engineering and have a good aptitude and dedication, you can join the program. We do qualify you and discuss and check if you are a right fit and if you get results after the program. We recommend the program only after this discussion.
